First stage of the UK school system.
Duration: 4 years
After having completed Primary school, students proceed to secondary school and start their Pre-GCSE (KS3) program.
The UK national curriculum KS2 – The main objective at this stage is to perfect English and expand academic vocabulary necessary for success at later stages. Students cover the most important terminology for all school subjects, review all types of tasks and questions, common for the UK school and typical for Common Entrance and GCSE exams. Special attention is paid to skills and qualities not common for Russian schools but crucial for successful academic performance in western institutions – data collection and analysis, essay writing skills, and team projects.
